Malcolm is the Founder and Managing Partner of Monarch Capital Partners, where he brings his institutional real estate background and local operational expertise, to executing the firm’s strategies. With previous roles at Clarion Partners and Saracen Properties, Malcolm has managed portfolios on behalf of state and corporate pension funds, investments by open-ended funds, and executed direct investments and syndications on behalf of high-net-worth individuals and family offices. He has held positions in Asset Management, Acquisitions and Portfolio Management, oversaw a 3 million SF Boston portfolio and over his career has led more than $3 billion of acquisitions, development, and dispositions across industrial, office, life science, retail, and multifamily assets. Mr. Constable is a graduate of Tufts University and a member of NAIOP, REFA, and the Urban Land Institute.

Jordan is a Co-Founder and Principal at Monarch, specializing in asset management and acquisitions across all real estate asset classes. A seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in the Northeast, Jordan has deep expertise in acquisitions, asset management, dispositions, and leasing. Previously a Partner at Jumbo Capital Inc., a multifaceted Boston-based real estate company with over 4 million square feet under management, he brings a comprehensive understanding of property performance, tenant retention, capital planning, and value creation across office, industrial, and mixed-use assets. His ability to align property operations with ownership objectives has consistently driven returns and stabilized portfolios through shifting market cycles. Jordan earned a B.S. at American University and is a member of NAIOP and REFA.
